What do I do if the app logs me out?

If the app logs you out, you can usually log back in and continue as normal.

The app may occasionally log you out, for example after an update
or due to temporary connection issues.
Here's how to do it:

  1. Reopen the app.
  2. Sign in with your account.
  3. Check that your devices are still listed in the app.
  4. Check that you have an internet connection.
If you can't log in again:

  • Check that you're using the correct email address and password.
  • Try closing the app completely and reopening it.
  • Update the app if a new version is available.
  • Restart your phone if the problem persists.
