How to reset the camera
- Make sure the camera is connected to power.
- Locate the reset button on the camera.
- Follow the reset instructions shown in the video or hold the reset button as required for your model.
- Wait for the camera to restart.
- If needed, reconnect the camera in the app.
What happens after a reset?
After the reset, the camera may return to its default settings. If this happens, you may need to set it up again in the app.
