How do I delete my BabySensor account?
You can delete your account directly in the BabySensor app. Once the deletion is confirmed, the account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.
You can delete your account in the BabySensor app under the profile settings. Once the deletion is confirmed, it cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
- Open the BabySensor app.
- Log in with your account.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Deregister Account.
- Confirm that you want to delete the account.
What gets deleted?
When you confirm the deletion, the following information is permanently deleted:
- account information
- personal profile information
- baby profile information
- history related to the child's measurements
- information about connected BabySensor devices
- notification settings and preferences
- other personal data relating to the account
Important to know
Account deletion is permanent. Once the account is deleted, neither the account nor associated data can be recovered.
Storage of data
Once the deletion has been confirmed, the account and associated personal data are deleted from our systems. We do not store personal data after deletion, unless this is required by applicable legislation.
