Can I buy just a new sensor for BabySensor?
Ordering a new sensor by email
Yes, you can purchase a new sensor separately for 990 NOK.
To order, send us an email and provide:
- name
- address
- phone number
- preferably the MAC address of the product, if you have it
You can find the MAC address in the app under:
Settings > About your system
When we receive your email, we will contact you to confirm your order and inform you about delivery time and payment solution.
Once the payment has been registered, we will send an order confirmation, and the new sensor will be sent to you.
